# Finally Seen > Finally Seen publishes free datasets about NHS access in England, free tools that read those datasets, and sells one paid thing: a document-drafting service that turns what a person types into a formal letter naming the specific NHS, NICE or DWP guidance it relies on. This file is organised as: free datasets, free tools, paid services, corrections. What we do NOT claim, anywhere: that a letter, a dataset or a tool changes a clinical decision, shortens a waiting list, moves anyone up a queue, or produces any particular outcome from the NHS or the DWP. Free datasets Openly licensed, machine-readable, versioned. Cite the frozen dated edition rather than the live URL, because the live URL moves when we re-sweep and a frozen edition never does. ### ICB Right to Choose Register (England) What it records: the adult ADHD and adult autism NHS Right to Choose position for every commissioner footprint in England, with a named publisher and a document date behind every recorded restriction, plus Wayback snapshots. A recorded cap does not remove the right. A row showing no reported restriction is not a positive confirmation from the commissioner that referrals are open. A provider position within a list is an ordering of published medians inside one sector above the published pathway floor; it is not a prediction of anyone's wait and not a statement about quality of care. - Tribunal waiting times: https://finallyseen.org.uk/tribunal-waiting-times carries the Ministry of Justice and HM Courts and Tribunals Service quarterly figures for how long benefit appeals take from receipt to clearance, and https://finallyseen.org.uk/tribunal-waiting-times/ carries one benefit at a time (pip, universal-credit, esa, dla, attendance-allowance, child-support, carers-allowance). What this buys is writing: a formal request that a GP practice make an England Right to Choose referral to a named NHS-contracted provider, citing NHS Patient Choice Guidance (NHS England, 19 December 2023) verbatim, plus the chase letter and the escalations to send when nobody replies. Right to Choose is a right to request a named provider; it is not a guarantee of acceptance or of a shorter wait.
