Mandatory Reconsideration pack, reviewed
Your PIP or ESA decision has gone against you, and asking the DWP to look again means writing it up properly. Hand that over to us. You answer short questions, a caseworker takes it from there, our document engine does the drafting, and you read the finished pack and send it in your own name.
If you already know our self serve Mandatory Reconsideration pack, this is that pack with a person on it. Your pack is reviewed line by line by a welfare rights professional before it reaches you. Your case will be assigned to a caseworker within 24 hours of your order, and you will hear from us directly. As with everything we sell, you can ask for a refund within 180 days, for any reason or for no reason at all.

What the self serve pack already gives you
- The same documents as the self serve pack, drafted from your answers
- You read, edit and send everything yourself
- Delivered as soon as the automated checks pass
What the reviewed tier adds
- A caseworker will handle your case, and our document engine will do the drafting.
- Every claim will be checked back to the answers you gave, and to your own words wherever you added them, and anything that is not traceable to them will be taken out.
- A short written review note, signed with your caseworker's name, will be included with your pack.
- If the pack does not meet the standard it will be held rather than sent, and you will hear from a person about it.
How this works
- You buy the reviewed tier and your pack is drafted from your answers straight away.
- Your case is assigned to a caseworker within 24 hours of your order, and you hear from us directly.
- Your caseworker reads every line, checks each claim back to the answers you gave, and either releases the pack to you or holds it back.
- Most of the work is ours. You answer short questions, then read the finished pack and send it in your own name.
Review means a person checks the document against what you told us, removes anything that is not traceable to your answers, and checks the deadline and the route are stated correctly. It is not representation, it is not legal or benefits advice, and nobody can tell you what a decision maker will do.
The reviewer can approve your pack or hold it back. They do not rewrite it, so nothing can be added to your document that did not come from you.
We ask because a reviewed pack is read by a person before it is sent, and we will not sell you something that could arrive too late to use.
If you change your mind at any point, for any reason, email hi@finallyseen.org.uk within 180 days and we refund you in full. No conditions, no proof, no questions.
Asking for a Mandatory Reconsideration is free and free help exists. Citizens Advice, Scope and your local welfare rights service all support people through it. This pack is optional.
General information and document drafting, not legal, clinical or benefits advice. Nobody can tell you what a decision maker will do.
