Will the AI invent NHS guideline citations? I've heard about hallucinations.

No. Every NHS guidelines reference in your letter is cross-checked against the official NHS guideline before the PDF is generated, guideline number, section, and wording. If a citation can't be matched to the real source, the letter doesn't go out. The AI drafts; the verification step is what you're actually paying for.

Your pack already includes every next step: a Stage 1 complaint to the NHS complaints body for your nation, a Stage 2 complaint to the ombudsman for your nation, CQC feedback where it applies, and a free advocacy referral matched to your postcode. Once a written request is on your medical record, it's documented, it can't be quietly brushed aside. In England Stage 1 is a formal complaint under the NHS Complaints Regulations 2009 and the ICB must acknowledge it within 3 working days by law; Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have equivalent complaint procedures.
