Where the reviews come from
Every review we publish was given to us directly by someone we wrote a letter for. We did not buy them, import them from anywhere else, or write them ourselves.
What the Verified badge means
It means one thing: we hold the original correspondence with that person, so we can show that they were a real customer who received a real letter. It does not mean a third party checked the review. These are our own reviews, published on our own site.
Nobody was paid
No review was paid for, incentivised, discounted, or given anything in exchange. We asked people what happened after they sent their letter and published what they told us.
We do not delete criticism
We do not remove or hide a review because it is critical, and we do not change anyone's wording or rating. We only edit for anonymity, for example removing names of GPs, staff or surgeries, and the person's own name when they asked us to.

If you left a review and want it changed or taken down, or if you think a review here is not genuine, email hi@finallyseen.org.uk and we will reply within one working day. If it is your review, we will remove it on request, no questions asked.
