1. About us
Finally Seen Ltd, Registered in England, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Company no. [pending incorporation]. Contact: hi@finallyseen.org.uk.
2. What the service is — and what it isn't
Finally Seen generates an administrative complaint letter and supporting documents based on the information you provide and on public NICE and GMC sources.
- We are not a law firm. Nothing we provide is legal advice.
- We are not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment.
- We are independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the NHS, NICE, GMC, CQC, PHSO, or any ICB.
- The letter is generated with the help of AI from your inputs. You are responsible for reading it before sending it to your GP.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
4. Your responsibilities
When you submit the assessment, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge;
- you are the person the letter is about, or you have that person's authority;
- you are not currently experiencing emergency symptoms (see disclaimer);
- you will not include defamatory, knowingly false, or unsubstantiated allegations about named clinicians or staff;
- you will read the generated letter before sending it.
5. Price and payment
The standard price for the letter pack is shown at checkout. Prices include any UK tax that applies (we are not currently registered for VAT). Payment is taken by Stripe.
6. Delivery and cancellation
The letter is bespoke digital content prepared on demand. To receive it promptly, you expressly agree at checkout that generation begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right to cancel under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See refunds.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or losses caused by:
- information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete;
- the way your GP, ICB, PHSO or any other body responds to (or does not respond to) your letter;
- any medical outcome — we do not provide medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
8. Intellectual property
You own the contents of your letter once generated. Our brand, site code and the underlying templates remain ours.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or refuse service if we believe the assessment is abusive, contains threats, or is being used to harm a named individual.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you place it.
