Rate card for Right to Choose providers
RtC Market Intelligence and Verified Profile is a flat fee monthly subscription for providers who accept NHS Right to Choose referrals. This page is the whole price list. It is the same page every buyer is sent, and the same page every buyer pays from.
What the subscription is
The live ICB intelligence feed.
Which commissioner footprints currently fund adult ADHD and autism Right to Choose referrals, the restriction type where one exists, a per footprint confidence grade, and the primary evidence attached to every row: a named source, a working URL, a date, and an archived copy where one exists. Cap and pause alerts within days of a commissioner or provider page changing. Rows not re-verified within 90 days are flagged as needing re-verification rather than presented as fresh.
Aggregate demand analytics.
From our free postcode checker and outbound click tracking: how many people searched, how many result screens were shown, and outbound click-throughs to providers, aggregated by footprint. Zero person level data, ever. This component is young and we say so.
A verified profile.
A clearly labelled profile with published, objective verification criteria, deep linking to your own Right to Choose intake page. The criteria are satisfiable without any payment beyond the subscription. The badge is never a purchasable quality claim.
What paying does not buy
- Paying does not affect the free register, the postcode checker, or the order in which any provider appears anywhere on this site.
- Basic presence in the register is free for every qualifying provider, permanently. It cannot be bought, and it is never removed for non-payment.
- No fee is contingent on referrals, patients, clicks or volume of any kind.
- No exclusivity is sold, at any price.
- Every paid surface carries a label saying so.
- No payment reaches any clinician or any NHS employee.
How your tier is decided
The meter is the number of integrated care board footprints your organisation is contracted in. Sites are not the meter. A provider with a small number of sites can hold contracts across many commissioner footprints, and it is the footprint, not the site, that changes when a commissioner caps or pauses Right to Choose activity.

Founding partner rate
60 per cent off the published price, for 12 months
- Intelligence: Regional at £99 a month, instead of the published £249 a month.
- Intelligence: National at £199 a month, instead of the published £499 a month.
- First six providers only.
- The discount runs for 12 months. At month 13 the published price above applies automatically.
- It appears as a separate line on every invoice, with its expiry date printed on it.
- There is no lifetime founding rate, and there will not be one.
- In exchange we ask for a 12 month term, and either a named reference or permission to publish an anonymised case study.
- You can start with three months at the founding rate. If you move to an annual contract by month four, those three months are credited in full against it.
The same price for everyone
These are the only prices. We do not agree a different price privately, and there is no discount that is not published on this page. If we change these prices, the change appears here first.
VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the total payable. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to these prices and no VAT is charged. If we become registered for VAT, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate and this page will say so before it takes effect.
What this is not
- Not a referral fee, not a per patient fee, and not contingent on volume. The fee is flat and it is identical for every provider on this page.
- Not paid placement. Payment never affects register content, checker output, or the order providers appear in.
- Not exclusivity. We do not sell it to anyone.
- Not a payment to any clinician or NHS employee. The contract warrants that in both directions.
- Not a charge for being listed. Basic presence in the register is free and stays free.
