England moved from 42 Integrated Care Boards to 36 on 1 April 2026. The guides below are organised by the 42 historic footprints the evidence was gathered against, because the Right to Choose record attaches to the area rather than to the body that commissioned it. Where a commissioner was abolished or merged on 1 April 2026, the card names its successor, and that successor is the body to write to today.
