NHS waiting times: the four treatment functions we ingest
Each month we read NHS England's Consultant-led Referral to Treatment Waiting Times, Incomplete Pathways by Provider file and freeze the rows for four treatment functions. The files on this page contain all four. The specialty pages, such as gynaecology, serve downloads containing that specialty only, so a median computed straight from a specialty file is a median for that specialty.
Newest edition: May 2026 data, as of 31 May 2026. Every median and percentile is NHS England's own published derived column for the whole treatment function: a specialty average, not a figure for any single condition.
